It's no scam, but don't expect to be able to make millions. In a similar method to Frequent Flyers or Velocity Points, you earn points for spending money (or in this case, you can also earn points for spending your time doing surveys). Where does the money come from? Part of the profit made by the online store is given to email cash to thank them for sending you there.
